Many parents struggle to balance warmth, structure, and consistency in their approach to parenting. We help caregivers strengthen their skills and confidence using principles from CBT and DBT. Through this work, parents learn to better understand both their children’s and their own emotions, communicate more effectively, and use validation, reinforcement, and appropriate limits to encourage positive behavior.
